El sistema de denuncias est\u00e1 disponible a continuaci\u00f3n. La informaci\u00f3n sobre las normas procedimentales que rigen la denuncia y el tratamiento de los datos personales est\u00e1 disponible aplicable.<\/li>\n \t<li>Si se pone de manifiesto que un denunciante ha comunicado deliberadamente informaci\u00f3n falsa de mala fe, de importancia decisiva, y dicha informaci\u00f3n sugiere la comisi\u00f3n de un delito u otra irregularidad, sus datos personales podr\u00e1n ser transmitidos a la autoridad u organismo o a la persona facultada para iniciar los procedimientos correspondientes.<\/li>\n \t<li>Asimismo, si existen motivos razonables para creer que el denunciante ha causado da\u00f1os il\u00edcitos u otros perjuicios legales a otra persona, sus datos personales podr\u00e1n ser comunicados, previa solicitud, a la autoridad u organismo o a la persona facultada para iniciar o llevar a cabo dichos procedimientos.<\/li>\n \t<li>Visual Europe Group mantendr\u00e1 la confidencialidad de la identidad del denunciante en todas las fases de la investigaci\u00f3n, de conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n aplicable.<\/li>\n \t<li>Los informes presentados
